Our local parks help build the urban tree 🌳 canopy, cool us on the hottest days, and provide health and wellness opportunities for our community.
Recently, I was proud to join the groundbreaking for the renovations at Ruppert Park.

The new design will create more access, better amenities, and an improved dog run.
Grateful to @NYCParks, @SpeakerMenin, @CB8M, and all our colleagues in government for their support of these needed improvements.

It was wonderful to see so many families and children come together. Events like these remind us how important it is to create spaces where neighbors can connect, celebrate, and support one another.
The 29th Senate District is filled with many unique and wonderful neighborhoods, and we feel it’s important to have our constituent services team in the community, reaching our constituents closer to where they live.
