i mean, i guess maybe? but also, you can’t really say that with absolute certainty here because of economics. AAA says nat’l avg went from $4.36 last week to $4.33 this week (3 cents ⬇️). that same timeframe, Ohio avg went from $3.71 last week to $3.98 this week (27 cents ⬆️)
