My first run in Brooks today. Adrenaline GTS 15. Absolutely loved them, super comfy with all the cushioning and pronation control you need.

12 miler done in Phoenix Park in tee and shorts . Great sign off to 2014. Happy New Year everyone.

Beautiful winters day for a run out there today. A little care needed on the footpaths but it was shirts and long sleeve tee for me.

Huge congrats to Irish women's team in Euro Cross. Also to Andy Lee, world champ! Loving Irish sporting success.

Congrats to all who ran Clontarf yesterday. Picked a beautiful day for a run on the beach!

Beautiful morning in Phoenix Park for Manchester marathon training. 8.5 miles today. #doitright

As a huge sports fan, really sad to hear about Phil Hughes, Australian cricketer who died today aged 25. RIP and condolences to his family.

@ClonSports Manchester in April. It's the gait analysis treadmill. I'd get off for a customer!

@ClonSports hi Emlyn, did mine on the in store treadmill to guarantee a slower pace as per marathon plan. Hard to take it easy on the roads

First real training run (following plan) for Manchester marathon done this morning in Phoenix Park with Phil. Felt great. #doitright
