@JetBlue hoping to get some help here as my estimated wait time on the phone is 316 min 😭 Just booked a flight and simultaneously got the ALL SET and the NOPE message. I'm really digging the on hold music today. It's got great energy, but I can't be on the phone for 5 hours

Thank you to @ryanmcaskill @cjguerrero and @marensays for keeping me entertained through #LifeOnHold - IT took 4:35:10 to resolve and get the tickets I ordered this morning... but WE DID IT! @JetBlue manager was super sweet, but this system is broken.
