Sometimes, a little extra work and an unintentional mess are well worth the effort.
Such is the case of Flooded Trenches, a rye wine so robust it stuck our mash and clogged our trench drain.

After the cleanup, we tucked it away for 18 months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. Dark fruit, oak, and bourbon notes permeate the senses.
Only 100 22oz bottles available at noon today (8/25) for in-person sales at our St. Charles brewery with draft coming asap this afternoon.
