Laravel tip. Did you know Laravel supports automatic database pruning, cleaning old data automatically? Configure it in your Model and Scheduler. Then Laravel will automatically remove records older than your specified period.

Hey Laravel Developers 👩‍💻 Have you heard about the fluent() helper function in Laravel? If you’re working with long multidimensional arrays, objects, or a mix of both, you may sometimes feel unsure whether to use array or object syntax to access nested elements. This is where the fluent() helper function shines! It lets us access elements using either object or array syntax—no more confusion. Also, if an element doesn’t exist at the given index, the Fluent class returns null instead of throwing an Error. The fluent() helper method also allows access to nested child elements using dot notation, which is extremely convenient. #laravel #php

progressive scroll blurring with CSS ✨ – translate progressive blurred layers on scroll – tighten blur with contrast and brightness 👇 .blur-stack { animation: drop; animation-timeline: --scroller; animation-range: 0 var(--size); height: var(--size); }
progressive blur in a scroll container detail is to make sure the scrollbar doesn't get affected by the blur

Hey Laravel Developers 👩‍💻 I have seen many developers not aware of, or using the caching feature of Laravel routes in the production environment. If you are one of them, you are surely missing out on it 😢 So basically every time Laravel boots up it has to load the route files and bind these routes to the app instance. Every route needs to know its middleware, URI, controller, etc 📈 Since Laravel provides a great DX for route registration like grouping routes under a prefix, applying middleware globally, etc, mapping these components to every route is slightly costly ⏳ So what the route:cache command does, is that it generates a cached file under bootstrap/cache/routes-v7.php which contains all the routes along with all the components mapped which is super fast to load 🚀 #laravel #php
