I figured I'd post a little bit of my Matrix Resurrections work here. These were done under the production design of Hugh Bateup and Peter Walpole, and the direction of Lana Wachowski. These are some designs from IO, including Niobe's keep and the Morpheus shrine. Hope you enjoy!

You're not allowed to make any mistakes in your art, otherwise instant AI accusations from mouth breathers.
idk charging almost 5k for fundamental art mistakes when your rendering is at a level where stuff like that shouldnt happen is either ai or you need to really get studying but who am i to say

It's terrible for you to own things, please rent from me, we really need it.
NEW: Sam Altman says it’s “quite terrible” for everyday people to own RAM, arguing it belongs in data centers.

This year's View Conference was inspiring. The endless AI pitches were less so, crossing into total bullshit. AI Evangelists (one speaker's actual title) insisted everyone uses genAI, even as established directors explicitly said otherwise. My thoughts: cartoonbrew.com/events/view-…

I don't post here anymore but im back to be another voice for @chainsawroll . She's as anti-ai as the rest of us, and I've seen her process from start to finish, getting feedback from artist peers, repeatedly. She works too damn hard to get dog pilled like this, over a lie
Slots are open 4500 usd full illustration (1 slot) 800 usd portrait (3 slots) chainsawroll@gmail.com if interested. Not ai, 100 percent human drawn art. Post shares and engagement are appreciated

As expected now Ai will become synonymous of broke and quality will be linked to high end brands

Travis Knight says that LAIKA will never use generative AI in their films. “AI is theft. It’s the ingestion of years and years and years of human creativity and ingenuity, regurgitated back. It has no humanity. It has no spirit.” (Source: theplaylist.net/wildwood-tra…)

Behind closed doors these AI companies are all perfectly aware that their models are built by stealing from creatives to transfer wealth to a centralized few at the top. AI is theft and they know it. The stealing was always the point to enrich a chosen few and that's it.
As Anthropic prepares to IPO for over $1 trillion, a reminder of Dario Amodei’s words shortly after founding the company: “Distributed human labor is being used to train AI models by large, centralized actors, who concentrate the resulting profits while in the long run making the human labor obsolete.” In other words, this IPO will be built off the backs of the world’s creatives - who will get nothing out of it except obsolescence. It is a totally unjust transfer of wealth and opportunity from artists, writers, musicians & other creatives to a tiny tech elite. I hope it is remembered as such. (this quote is from a document he wrote that was unsealed in Bartz v. Anthropic)

But wait, I thought China loved AI? Took a hundred people 2 years and $1.5 million to earn less than $200k in its opening weekend, with over 10,000 screenings opening day. That's something like 23,000 people out of 1,400,000,000. I guess you slop, you flop.
China’s first AI-generated theatrical feature has flopped, earning just $181,000 in its first weekend. By contrast, the scrappy ‘Niu Lai’ turned its crude animation into a viral attraction, grossing nearly $10 million a couple of months ago. cartoonbrew.com/box-office-r…

Maybe stop being a shitty person and visit your grandmother or call her instead of relying on AI to keep her company, just a thought.

One day you'll be old and alone and, like my grandma, who I don't visit often enough because life happens, you will be thankful for LLMs talking back with a pleasant human-like voice.

It's because their brains are fried. They're incapable of picking up new skills anymore, so they assume everyone is as inept as they are because they can't imagine someone not using AI. They legitimately think anyone who says they don't use it is lying.
Why do pro-AI people act like everything in life was impossible a mere two years ago?

Forcing developers to write a political statement to be used against them by the hate mob they’re helping organize is abhorrent.
