“Every morning I wake up and want to come to school,” a student shared today at @QCHnyc’s Learn To Work program at Voyages High School. This program changes the lives of our youth. That’s why the @nyccouncil fought hard to reverse City Hall's cuts to it.
We recently took adult ESOL students on a field trip to @AMNH! They had a wonderful time exploring the museum’s exhibitions and learning about the diversity of life on Earth. 🙌

It's a tough day for our trans community. On this Trans Day of Remembrance, we honor the many lives stolen globally this year, just for living their truth.
But no amount of hate will extinguish Queens' love for this community, which was at the heart of our TDOR event last night.

QCH is deeply committed to serving the Pomonok community in Queens. @QnsBPRichards thank you for your support toward the renovation of our Pomonok Community Center! And thank you for your continued partnership with QCH. 🫶
The days of our city ignoring and disinvesting in families and seniors living in public housing are over.
Happy to announce I've allocated $1 million to the Pomonok Community Center, run by our great partners at @QCHnyc.
