Watched her play at Texas when I was a kid, was recruited by her at LSU, played against her teams in Kentucky and have watched her legacy ever since. Not only an impact on our sport, but in the lives of so many. Congrats Fran!

Wherever you are, the goal post is always 10 yards down the field. If you develop a mindset, "If I just do this, or just accomplish that, THEN I'll arrive," you're in for trouble. There is no arriving. The human brain didn't evolve for it. Enjoy the process. Be where you are.

Leaders who fail to listen ultimately find themselves surrounded by silence. You don't get chosen to take charge unless you give good answers. You won't be able to make change unless you ask good questions. Learning depends on making it safe for people to tell you the truth.

Loved spending a weekend in Athens at the @UGA_BOOKSTORE and meeting some fellow alumni authors who are passionate about words, reading and UGA. If you’re local, head over to the campus bookstore and grab your copies!

Get ready for our annual ALUMNI NIGHT on Friday, November 19th from 5:00-7:00 PM in-store. It’s a great time to stock up on autographed copies of books by UGA alumni and friends as well as take a picture w/ UGA X & Hairy Dawg for this year’s holiday cards. #GoDAWGS

Did this Mikasa ad in my Georgia practice shirt in the 90's. Still a student-athlete, I wasn't paid in money or merch. They did fly my mom and me to San Diego & they sent me this giant poster of myself. This ruling plus the portal? @NCAA sports is going to be crazy next year!?
I know there's not a lot of context here, but how about clubs giving kids a month off in the summer to spend time with family and just be kids? Trust me if that kid wants to play college ball, they'll find a ball and a hoop wherever they are.

Thank you OPEX North Scottsdale and Josie Harding for having me speak to your group of athletic trainers and coaches. Looking forward to more conversations in the future!
Working on getting more of my in-person coaching lessons down in writing. Taught this lesson to a group of our select athletes about a month ago. Don't wait for the drill or the practice to tell you what you need to learn, create some pressure of your own spikedr.com/2021/01/03/desig…

Our deepest condolences to the family of London Bruns. London, 13 took her own life. London showed no signs of depression or anxiety. Be intrusive w/your kids, ask hard questions, be annoying. This shared w/permission of her parents Heather Wendling & John Bruns. #endthesilence

When you wing a practice on accident and it turns out pretty amazing. Thanks @WayofChampions1 @CTGProjectHQ @jamesleath excited for the next gathering. spikedr.com/2020/10/04/how-t…
In youth sports, great coaches will never make you prove yourself to them. Great coaches and programs will develop in you the desire to prove yourself to YOU. Parents of a youth athletes, don't give into the fomo that there's only one experience/road for your kid to succeed.
