1/8 🧵 Web Admin, Web Pro, or Web Host? Most hosting businesses outgrow their edition before they realize it. Here's how to tell which one actually fits where your business is right now 👇🏻 bit.ly/PleskEditions

5/8 🧵 If you're weighing your options, a few questions tend to help. How many domains are you managing now, and where do you expect to be in 12 months? Do any clients need their own login and billing? How much time goes into manual updates each week?
11
4/8 🧵 Web Host is built for running a hosting business. Domains are unlimited, and reseller, subscription, and account management come built in rather than pieced together manually.
18
3/8 🧵 Web Pro is designed for freelancers and studios doing serious client work. Full WP Toolkit brings bulk updates, staging, and security checks together in one place, with room for up to 30 domains.
12
2/8 🧵 Web Admin is the starting point. Built for solo site owners and small projects, up to 10 domains, without extra tools you may not need yet.

Last month on Sep 9th, the Plesk team touched down in Tokyo for Partner Day Japan together with Blackwall. We walked through this year for Plesk, from AI Assistant improvements to new MCP support, shared what 2025 partner survey told us, and what's coming next. Thank you!

1/7 🧵 We just published our 2025 customer survey results. We asked 401 hosting providers, agencies, and developers what's working, what's missing, and where they want us to go next. Here's a quick look at what's inside.

6/7 🧵 Looking Ahead: Security first, making day to day work easier second, and AI that actually helps without getting in the way. That's the direction your feedback points us toward.
12
5/7 🧵 Beyond Features Pricing transparency and everyday usability mattered just as much as new capabilities. You want predictable pricing and continued refinement of the workflows you rely on daily.
9
4/7 🧵 Rethinking AI For Hosting You don't want Plesk to just to have AI. You want it to catch issues early, tune performance, helping with troubleshooting without adding more work.
13
3/7 🧵 What You Want To See Next: A built-in firewall manager and better backup management were the two requests we heard most. With both already on our roadmap.
10
2/7 🧵 Your 2025 Favourites Security was the clear winner this year. Our brute-force and DDoS protection updates got some of the best feedback in the whole survey followed by MariaDB 11.8, HTTP/3, and WP Toolkit upgrade.
