You may be a great on-the-grass coach or tactician .. regardless of that, there is still so much importance on this side of football management

MNF is an excellent concept
Is there a genuine want for this kind of analysis in Scottish football by the fans?
Realistically, it wouldn’t be MNF levels due to funding, but is there a gap there to be filled? Or would it not gather much interest
Curious to hear thoughts
Good luck Lee.. fantastic coach & person
🆕 Heart of Midlothian is pleased to confirm that Lee Wallace has joined the first-team coaching set up.
The former Hearts and Scotland player has been promoted from his position as the club’s Transition Phase Coach and becomes part of Head Coach Wouter Vrancken’s backroom team.
Lee will play a key role in supporting the first-team squad during the upcoming busy schedule of domestic and European football, with Wouter keen for him to be involved with the group on a permanent basis.
The 39-year-old will bring his knowledge and experience of working with the club’s younger players to the first team environment, strengthening the alignment to the club’s footballing strategy – The Hearts Way – and ensuring a consistent pathway exists for our players at all levels.

@Carra23 speaks about Liverpool's £445m spend last season and how it may have set the club back a year or two 📉
💯!!
Really key takeaway from the recent @WeAreTheOverlap ep with @JackWilshere
Top players WANT to be coached
Top players WANT to improve
What helps it land with players is when the coach can clearly articulate the WHY
Unit & individual work
So crucial for individual development & performance
A trend used more frequently across clubs & national set ups
If it’s good enough for Zizou 🇫🇷..
Imagine having Zidane as your coach and working in units with different players. Here is one of his wide area combination setups from the France national team international break.

Join us celebrating football across Europe next week, as UEFA Grassroots Week kicks-off!
Last week it paid off for McInnes, it definitely did not for MON today.
Actually looked like a back 4 with KT as winger & LM inside right, which makes the starting 11 all the more questionable?
Time to see if Rangers can be as dominant against the lesser teams
Title race 🔥
