If you see morning shade on putting greens today (longest day of yr) it's an obvious sign that trees are limiting grass health/reliability.

First day of summer and the longest day of the year. Beautiful day to play golf!
Weather outlook is good. Firm and fast. Cut and roll for women's day and men's league tonight.
The orange flags around the bunkers signify where you should enter and exit the bunker.
Another 1.25" of rain overnight. No carts this morning. That's 7+ inches in the past week for those following. Pine Hollow Yacht Club?
One of the many problems with pines is dropping needles/seeds. Wasted man hours cleaning before mowing.
Windy day should dry things up before more rain tomorrow. Lots of mowing. Getting a good cut on the dry turf.
