Portland Fire is responding to a potential residential fire in the Northwest District near 25th and NW Vaughn with dispatch reports of a caller indicating fire on neighbors porch.
Engine 6 assisting in water supply and being directed to stretch a second hose line to be used as a backup to protect the fire attack crew on the end of the primary fire attack crew.
Crews extinguished the fire from the outside in exterior porch prior to making entry.
Fire confirmed extinguished.
