"When I created this illustrated poster for Star Trek (2009), it was a direct response to the heavily Photoshopped theatrical posters of the time. I believed then, as I do now, that Star Trek has always deserved the timeless, adventurous spirit of traditional illustration. Sharing this piece on social media didn't just validate that belief—it went viral, kickstarting the next frontier of my career and connecting me with fans who share a passion for the art of the movie poster." - Paul Shipper, 29th October 2026

Just re-watched Season 3 of Picard. Such a great send off for a great crew. Nostalgia is a hell of a drug.

If you a millenial who loved The Next Generation and miss Patrick Stewart, I highly recommend watching Picard season 3.
I saw it years ago and it's the proper ending this crew deserves. Very grateful to @TerryMatalas and folks for making it.
You don't need to watch season 1 and 2, just go straight to season 3.

As we bid farewell to far too many of our finest actors, may they rest in peace. After hearing the news today I was reminded of this. My very first published illustration of Sir Patrick Stewart, created for a magazine nearly thirty years ago.

Still a bit surreal to see this piece from the BBC. It’s been an unexpected journey from making fan art in my spare time to working on projects I could only dream of. I’m so grateful to have my story shared, and equally honoured to be part of the AMPjam show raising money for Edward’s Trust.
