🎓 Congrats, Natalie!! At the end of last week, Natalie completed her 6-month, paid term as our vocational brewer here at Trace. She's the 6th 'graduate' of our program. Upon finishing, Natalie shared some thoughts with us - on what she's learned & where things could go next.

Does anyone know how or why this place closed? It was never empty...
The Original Hot Dog Shop, better known to Pittsburghers as simply “The O,” was an Oakland institution for 60 years. Sitting at the corner of Forbes and South Bouquet Streets, "The O" opened in 1960 by brothers Sydney and Morris Simon. #Pittsburgh
