Coinbase didn't just list RLUSD. It switched it on across the platform.

What switched on:
→ 1:1 conversion from US dollars and other supported USD stablecoins into RLUSD
→ Deposits and withdrawals on the XRP Ledger, Base and Ethereum
→ Ripple providing RLUSD liquidity on Base
→ Next: Coinbase Global Exchange, including RLUSD as collateral
In Ripple's words, this brings RLUSD to "the largest institutional client base in the U.S. crypto market."
