Everyone's talking about AI agents, few are talking about how to manage 100s of them 🤖
@tnachen & @robby_mtf sat down with @dotta, creator of viral OSS project @papercliping, to dig into how 1 person can manage an entire fleet of agents using their platform
A must listen 👇

If you're not sick of my voice yet, on the latest @OssStartup podcast we talk about:
- Open Source in the age of AI
- lessons from Sentry
- what we're doing with @modemdev
AI is making software dramatically cheaper to build...
...But the hard part isn’t the agent, it’s the context
And that's what Modem is looking to solve for product teams
Co-hosts @robby_mtf & @tnachen sit down with @bentlegen to talk about his journey from early Sentry to @modemdev, why customer data is the real moat, and what changes when AI actually understands your customers
Great lessons for anyone building AI products👇

Exciting day for @huggingface 🤗
@tnachen & I had CTO @julien_c on the @OssStartup pod back in early 2022 (before they became a 🦄) and it was clear even then that they were building the dominant OSS AI community
Huge congrats to the team!

Every OSS co wants to build community, but few really understand how a community is different from an audience..
..and how to make community building EVERYONE on the team's job
Check out the latest ep where @tnachen & I dig into community w/ @mlopscommunity founder @Dpbrinkm
What does it take to build a community people actually want to join?
@tnachen & @robby_mtf sit down with @Dpbrinkm, founder of the 90K+ @mlopscommunity, to talk audience vs. community, lessons from scaling, and what AI founders can learn from it 👇

As an OpenClaw user, I was struggling to manage a team of agents...
...then I discovered @papercliping 📎
It's the viral open source project to coordinate a whole team of agents in a structure that's highly intuitive
Also, as a "non technical" user, I found it super easy to onboard and start iterating with
I strongly believe the future is teams of agents managed by humans - and Paperclip is leading the way towards that vision!
Check out mine and @tnachen convo with Paperclip founder @dotta 🤖

Open sourcing your product is hard, especially after you've reached nearly 1M developers🤯
That's exactly what @zachlloydtweets & the @warpdotdev team did!
In our latest episode, @robby_mtf & @tnachen dig into:
⚡ Rebuilding the terminal from first principles
⚡ Scaling Warp to nearly 1M developers
⚡ Why the AI era changed their open source strategy
A must-listen for software infra & devtool founders thinking about product strategy in the age of AI🤖

Replying to @zachlloydtweets
@zachlloydtweets said he won't start a dev tools company if he started over today
But being able to begin his journey since 2019 gives him the advantage going into 2026
Listen to his story around building @warpdotdev and the transition into software factory

Team Open Models đź’Ş
For my first post, I’m sharing a letter @NVIDIA signed on why open models matter.
AI will transform every industry, power every company, and be built by every country.
Open models strengthen safety and cybersecurity, accelerate innovation and diffusion, and enable sovereignty.
The world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models.

For the longest time, Terraform dominated the infra-as-code space
But there’s a new player in town that addresses one of the key issues with Terraform: state (ie making sure your code matches what’s actually running)
Check out @tnachen & I’s convo w/ @pavlobaron all about it👇
Most Infra-as-Code tools have the same blind spot: state
That's why drift happens - your code and your infrastructure stop agreeing
Our co-hosts @robby_mtf & @tnachen unpack this (as well as what AI / agents need in an infra-as-code tool) with @plateng_labs CEO @pavlobaron 👇

Infra is often provisioned for peak — an extremely expensive model that leads to warm pools: groups of idling VMs or servers sitting around just so you can be responsive when traffic arrives. Horribly wasteful, especially at scale... which, if you're running an agentic service, you either have, or will soon have.
The model only exists because platforms weren't built for millisecond-scale responsiveness. If everything starts in under 10ms and scales to zero in under 10ms, the entire concept of a warm pool goes away. You provision for whoever is active right now and let the long tail sit packed onto a handful of servers, costing you almost nothing.
Millisecond, statefully-restored scale to zero is a big friend here.
