On Chad Powers, Glen Powell plays both the handsome leading man and a Jim Carrey-style idiot. Co-creator @michaelwaldron explains what it's like working with Glen and why he's a true movie star: "Glen is so amazing. That's part of the joy of this show, getting to show audiences what he can do." "This is a really brave performance. Not every leading man is able to go and play an idiot and really humble themselves and lose scenes." "That character is so happy to be the butt of the joke and let other actors win, and it makes you root for him, root for Chad, root for Russ. It's really an incredible performance."

2x NFL Super Bowl MVP @EliManning basically says he’s sneaking his personal locker room stories into Chad Powers. "It's fun reminiscing on the great things that happen in a locker room. A lot of it you can't quite tell the public." "But you can tell a writer and he can get this story out without me saying, 'This happened to me' or 'My teammate did this.'" "It's a secret way to release some of these stories."
