Once again Pope Leo XIV has rejected idea of Anthropic that Claude has a soul. He went one step ahead and called to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity. Thank you for NOT accepting Anthropic idea. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgent to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.

Lmao Anthropic used my photo without credit/permission, never beating the stealing allegations. They’re in the middle of MULTIPLE LAWSUITS for exactly this, yet do not care.

Throwing water on it still not an option? πŸ˜‚
I resigned from Anthropic today. I spent the last three years doing pretraining research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. More thoughts below.

because brand new RAM, SSDs and other retail PCs have gotten so much more expensive, so many buyers have flooded the 2nd hand market now. this spike in demand allows sellers on local platforms or shops to charge more for older hardware too. ugh!

Linux currently has an all-time-high desktop market share of 7.53% as of July 2026. But what exactly happened over the last two months? In May 2026, Linux’s market share was 3.81%, so how did Linux gain approximately 3.72 percentage points in just two months?

On August 25, 1991, the Linux kernel was given to the world as a FOSS gift by a young Linus Torvalds. He is the real hero who released the Linux kernel 35 years ago for all of us, paired with GNU as userland tools, GCC C/C++, and more. The rest is history. Long live Linux!!!

Do you know when Linux desktop for all will become a reality? When all popular apps (PS or MS-office to be specific) and some missing games become part. Until then you can put $100 millions into it nothing is gonna change that outside IT & dev community. This is the hard truth.

Them: Our model is so powerful. It has now gained supernatural powers. Me: Go away. Them: It escaped and started hacking other companies. We tried our best to lock it down in jail. This is scary. We are scared. Humanity is doomed. Me: You left the door open, didn't you?
