Spurs Observation 📝: Pop ran Point Series out of Horns and it hit. They played through Zach Collins here with Wembanyama on the opposite high post. Jeremy Sochan back cuts as soon as Derrick Jones Jr. loses sight of him to help Luka, who got slowed and went under the DHO.

Jamal Murray generated 0.87 points per possession as a pick and roll ball handler in the 2019-20 regular season, just barely above average. In the playoffs he bumped that to 1.07 points per possession on even higher volume. He’s been unstoppable.
Jamal Murray has flipped a switch in these playoffs as a ball handler in the pick and roll. Very smooth at changing directions, and it’s not easy to get a step on Anthony Davis like he did here. You can’t play him this high in drop coverage or you’re going to get blow by.

The Lakers are getting such a different Rondo in these playoffs. You normally go under screens and give him this shot every time. He’s 10-for-21 on 3-pointers in the playoffs.
