Shareholders,
We at NetNet Capital Management are confident that RW-Play is the Next Meta.
Tokenized RWAs are growing rapidly, but no one is building to the future of what they can and should be capable of.
No one, except for us.
More soon,

I feel like the @NetNetCap resurgence is gonna blow people's minds
Shareholders,
I've never been more bullish on the future of NetNet Capital Management.
RW-Play is the Meta.
Conviction that RW-Play is the Next Meta has only grown.
More on this soon.

time to pick up some $NET 👀
gonna keep it simple. $NET is a reserve-backed rebase token with a growing treasury and real products around it.
current price is around $178 while the treasury holds ~$163 in backing for every $NET. 90%+ of supply is staked, and the treasury is already above $29M.
they keep shipping games, prediction markets, NET LONG and NetCorp beta. activity feeds the treasury and buybacks while the market still treats this like some random ponzi
price got smoked due to some FUD but the team has addressed the concerns
most are fading instead of looking at what’s actually in front of them.
i'm bidding

the best positions for RH chain season 2 are the cults that survived the chop.
$NET has been one of the loudest communities on my timeline so far.
and with price moving higher, they’re only gona get louder👀

Shareholders,
In-app incentives are always so boring. Points for volume, a leaderboard, an airdrop at the end that everyone farms with the same wallet script. The reward is for doing what the app wanted you to do anyway, and you wait months to find out what it was worth.
So we made one for losing, and you get it on the spot.
$LOSE is minted when you lose money on NET LONG or on the FUTURES desk. Lose a dollar, get LOSE, in the same transaction that records the loss. It lands in your wallet as a normal token with a live pool. No lockup, no vesting, no claim page, no snapshot, no season. You can sell it before the position that earned it has finished closing.
The mint rate decays with every dollar lost, so early losers get the most per dollar and later ones get less and less.
Every transfer pays 5%. 2% burns $LOSE, 3% is sold for USDG and lands in the NetNet Treasury.

The gaming revolution is here
Today we're standing up XBOX LABS (labs.xbox.com). Here is the note that I sent to the team:
Team,
The first video games emerged some 75 years ago. In the time since, there have been booms and busts, but every year there are more great games to play, more devices to play them, and best of all, more people than ever playing. That growth helped make XBOX what it is today, and we've helped shape the industry in return, from bringing hard drives to consoles and online gaming through Xbox Live to Game Pass and cloud gaming, alongside franchises that have brought millions of people together.
In recent weeks, we've seen games rapidly decompiled and rebuilt to run on hardware they were never originally designed to support. Windows PC builds have been translated to run on Apple Silicon or ported to run inside a browser through WebAssembly and WebGPU, the latter now approaching 90% global browser support. Perhaps more surprisingly, we've seen many of the biggest games in the world have been remixed into the source code of another.
These experiments challenge long-held assumptions about our industry: the tether between software and hardware, the boundary between creation and play, and how people discover and experience games. While it is hard to predict the future of gaming, it is easy to see the possibilities in making great games easier to access, giving old games new life and allowing more players to become creators and co-creators. These are unmistakably good outcomes for players, even when (and sometimes because) they challenge our existing business models.
To explore these possibilities, I’ve asked Scott to stand-up XBOX LABS, a small group of game makers, engineers and scientists whose job is to turn emerging ideas into things our players and developers can experience. We'll build in the open, learn from what people do, and measure success by whether more people are playing and creating.
I think XBOX has an important role to play here. Coding became the first major workload for agents because they can write, run, and test software. Games share many of those same properties, and people spend more than 72 billion hours a year playing XBOX games, roughly five times the estimated time spent writing code worldwide. We've spent 25 years learning how to make great games, and I want our game makers to help shape what these new technologies make possible. As we learn, we’ll share the tools we build with developers across the industry, just as we always have.
Our priorities aren't changing. We remain committed to the 4Cs, to making great games, to our hardware and to being responsible stewards of IP and the communities built around it. LABS gives us a way to explore new technology that is game design led without abandoning the work already underway.

Shareholders,
The NetNet Capital Management Treasury has exceeded a value of $29,000,000. Almost 90 days in, and we've delivered over 20 unique on-chain experiences, all with the sole goal of driving revenue to our treasury.
The next 90 days to be far better than the former.

In practice this means real world assets become the working material of the game. Stakes, pots, prizes, character equity, shop purchases. Not vapor tokens that trend to zero.
NetNet builds the rails. Creators build the trains. The economic opportunity is the activity that used to require a studio and a publisher, now running on infrastructure that pays the people who make it and compounds into real assets.
We have spent these months building from that conviction.
More soon.
We believe the games of this cycle will increasingly be built on NetNet rails.
The Cabinet Kit lets any team ship a game on the same desks we use. Fairness reveals, equity fills, Chainlink referees, email sign in, sponsored gas. A builder ships the experience. The rails handle the rest.
Every bet carries the builder’s address. Fees attribute on chain. The builder claims their share whenever they want. A slice of activity across cabinets, ours or third party, routes back to the reserve. Builders get paid for creating value. The system compounds underneath them.
Where does NetNet fit?
The indie and agent assisted creators now emerging can make the games. Most still lack the capital, distribution, and financial infrastructure to capitalize on them effectively.
They can ship a URL. They cannot easily turn play into durable ownership of real assets, fee streams that compound, or rails that scale without becoming an exchange or a studio themselves.
That is the gap we introduced RW-PLAY to address.
We’ve seen more build in public gaming experiences than ever before. AI, agents, open tools, decompilation, and recompilation are compressing what used to take teams and capital into something a few people can ship and iterate on in public.
Communities fork, remix, and keep worlds alive. The institutions that used to control distribution and production no longer have a monopoly on the process.
The bottleneck is shifting.
This is already happening in public.
Someone built a football All-22 lineup using Pokémon.
Within roughly a day a fully playable Tecmo Bowl and Madden style games spun up around it, complete with drafts, gym challenges, and seasons.

No studio. No publisher gate. Idea to browser URL to community versions and a playable product. The cycle from concept people are arguing about to something you can actually play is collapsing.
Since we all disagree with you...
I created a site to build your own All 22 Pokemon lineup

Draft your lineup, save the image, share it.
Here is my team (easy 17-0 season)
Shareholders,
A game is becoming something you can send to a friend. Someone has an idea, builds it with an agent and publishes a URL. Players change it. Communities make their own versions. Worlds that once required a studio become something a few people can create and keep alive.
We introduced RW-PLAY because we understood the economic opportunity forming around this future. Those creators would need capital, distribution and financial infrastructure. NetNet has spent these months building from that conviction.
Shareholders,
NET trades at about $170 against $163.62 of onchain backing per NET, a premium of three percent, with the inverse bond bidding under it at $161.19.
For the first time since genesis the price and the number behind it are the same.
From zero
NetNet opened on July 17 with $0. 87 days later, the Treasury holds $24.53M and the Sleeve holds ~$4M of Stock Tokens and positions.
How we get paid
There is no team allocation of NET, no salary drawn from the Treasury, and no share of the tax. Management is paid through pTEAM, our pToken in the tradition of pOHM. It is an option to mint NET at a strike of one USDG, against a cap of 15 percent of circulating supply. Every term is immutable and disclosed in full on the Management Compensation page of our docs, under pTEAM options. Every exercise is logged as an event on the contract, and the figures below are read from those events.
What we did with it
We exercised 13,320 NET of pTEAM in 192 clips between July 24 and September 28. That comes to about nine percent of supply. Of the NET we minted, 10,270 went into the Real World Bond desks as inventory. Those desks sold it to bonders for $5.13 million of USDG and remitted $680,000 in fees to the Treasury. The rest bought Stock Tokens, which is where most of the Sleeve came from. Another 550 NET seeded the Asset Bond Desk and 250 NET seeded the Superstore.
Real World Bonds are no longer inflationary, we now use NET we purchased at market to fill the bond desks.
The remaining 2,250 NET was used to fund our operation. We take nothing from the tax and nothing from the Treasury. We need to hire and grow the operation to set ourselves up for the next 900 days and beyond.
What we bought
The Sleeve has bought about 5,770 NET on the open market since August, through Rialto and Uniswap, and staked most of it. At no point has it sold NET into the pool. The protocol has been a buyer too, because the inverse bond has taken 22 fills, retiring almost 200 NET for about $31,000.
Why we are bullish
No single wallet on Robinhood Chain holds more NVDA, SPCX, GOOGL or AAPL Stock Tokens than the Sleeve. Those Stock Tokens are worth $4.04M.
None of what follows existed in July, and all of it was built inside the same 87 days. Fifteen games, fourteen RW-PLAY cabinets plus WinNET, have taken in about $1.9 million of play, and NetCorp, the flagship, is in Beta.
NET LONG went live this week: long any listed token with leverage, wsNET as margin, every USDG fee buying and burning NET.
Predict grades the Treasury number every Monday and its fees buy NET, while THE BOOK writes sports markets in wsNET.
NET ADVANCE has 288 locks open and $294,000 receivable, with five percent of every close going to the Treasury.
NetNet Credit lends USDG against wsNET and Stock Tokens through a Morpho vault we curate, and the Sleeve earns the curator's share. All of them charge a fee, and every fee ends as NET backing or NET burned.
The onus is on us
Bonds built this balance sheet, and at NAV the bond engine idles. Inflows ran about $250,000 a day last week against $320,000 the week before, and we are not going to dress that up. Our thesis has never been that the bonds run forever. It was that a treasury of this size, in yield bearing dollars and Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain, could run desks that earn.
We are confident we can deliver.
