Watch this fascinating video about the origins of the Yoruba people, but don’t take it too seriously. There is no certainty surrounding this account.

See how articulate Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat presented himself to Lagosians — his employer— tonight at the Lagos debate. This man is so intelligent… @drobafemihamzat #KOHLagos2027 #PBATKOH2027

Reminds me of a celebrity who sent “hi.” I didn’t reply, expecting more, only for him to text again asking why I hadn’t responded, saying he wanted to discuss my football career (in a messiah tone), calling me a “funny boy,” and wishing me good luck. I replied, “Thank you very much for your kind wishes,” and that was it. This is one of many cases where people talk to me as if they’re doing me a favor and I won’t amount to anything otherwise. I am not a worthless person and know I am valuable—that’s why you reached out. Trying to spin it like I am a nobody that you want to make somebody will not fly. As the Van Gogh saying goes: “If I am worth anything later, I am worth something now. For wheat is wheat, even if people think it is a grass in the beginning.” I am Hakeem Onitọlọ; there was never a time I was a nobody.
The richest people understand the dark arts more than you do. They will use and dump you if you’re not wise. Enjoy.

He responded Project nlo bi Skoda! - meaning it's going smoothly like Skoda. One of my cousins came from nowhere and asked What's a Skoda? Imagine the shock on all the elderly people in the group 😂😂😂 The project manager asked ... You don't know what is a Skoda? He said he's never heard of it before. Laugh wan burst my belle 😂😂😂 Is it a GenZ thing abi a lot of people don't know what is a Skoda? Have you ever heard of Skoda? Do you know what it is?

When YCEE spoke about the olodo uprising, many assumed it was aimed at one person. It was aimed at something larger: a society that rewards stupidity more reliably than it rewards substance. Put a piece of educative content next to a piece of nonsense and watch the numbers. One climbs rapidly in engagement and reach. The other struggles for visibility. Then we blame the algorithm. The algorithm is not the villain. It is a mirror. It amplifies what we collectively reward with our attention, our likes and our shares. The feed is simply a ledger of our own appetites so what we are looking at is a market signal. It tells us the taste we have cultivated as a community. A culture does not decay by accident, it decays by consensus, one click at a time. Until we give the same energy to content that informs, builds and uplifts us and our children, the nuisance will remain the majority. And the olodo culture will continue to be something we manufactured ourselves. Attention is a vote, every scroll is a policy decision. We should start voting like we want a better country.
This Trinity guy needs to understand that being funny doesn't mean throwing common sense out the window. There's a clear difference between entertaining people and making a fool of yourself for attention. Honestly, I see no creativity, value or meaningful entertainment in his streams. Maybe it's time he accepted that content creation and streaming aren't for everyone and explored something else.
