Did an interesting interview with Jen Lind on her Blue Blaze foreign policy substack wondering if IR theory is better than useless and maybe there's more to Trump than randomness. Enjoy, if that's your bag: blueblaze.substack.com/p/bur…

I'm at an academic conference in Dublin soon. @alanjdunne who runs the @TopTradersLive podcast asked me to do a launch event with him in the evening of Weds June 17th: eventbrite.com/e/investing-i…
Given how much fun the podcast was how could I say no? See there there...

Reposting this to make sure everyone gets annoyed enough to buy it.
Ok everyone. @bhgreeley has written the best book on the USD ever. The US fell into it, used it, and is now in danger or losing. And now you can get it at a discount. Seriously. Read the book. Its a bullshit filter for USD discussions, and so much more: bookpal.com/the-almighty-dol…

Last Rhodes center talk of the Spring and my last hosting as Director. With @bhgreeley and his new amazing and so-readable new book on the Almighty Dollar. We may even have some to give away (if they turn up in time): Tomorrow - here: events.brown.edu/rhodes-cent…
Ten years ago @bhgreeley and I kinda kidnapped the FT Alphaville podcast while no one was looking. Got away with it for almost a year. Since then, not many joint podcasts. Today. We're back. Thanks @willapaskin

Just a reminder that this is on tomorrow. Live and livestream. Want to know where lawfare came from and why no corporate ever goes to jail? Cornelia will tell you. Noon. EST. Watson. Providence. Link in poster below.
If anyone is around Providence Friday April the 10th this is going to be a great talk.
Cornelia Woll, director of the Hertie School of Public Policy in Berlin, will give the 5th annual Ethics of Capitalism lecture Friday April 10th at noon in the Jukowsky Forum, Watson Institute. She will talk about the issue of Corporate Crime and Punishment. Specifically the rise of negotiated settlements in international corporate crime and what this means for both ethics and geopolitics. I hope to see you there.
Had a good chat with the Polycrisis folks. Helped frame my recent LSE talk, which is here: youtube.com/watch?v=09AY6X2X…
Podcast is shorter. Your choice.
