.@dpdireland you've been saying you'll deliver my parcel since September 7th - still no sign of it. Customer services keep saying they'll get back to me by email, but don't bother.

How do I get my parcel?!
@RoyalMail this from Monday (nothing was inaccessible btw) 2 days later - no parcel, no update.
When I call to arrange redelivery it tells me there's a technical problem.
Where's my parcel and when will I receive it?
DM telling me to check online is useless @RoyalMail I've already shown it and it hasn't been updated for 3 days.
Then telling me to call Customer Services when I've already said the automated part says technical problem, & I've now been on hold 40 mins when should be working

Today @RachelReevesMP and @SergiiMarchenk3 signed the UK-Ukraine Bilateral Agreement to deliver £2.26bn of new funding to Ukraine, part of a G7 scheme.
