🚨 SINCE OCTOBER 8, 2023: THE PERPETUAL STRUGGLE SESSION IN THE STREETS IS NOT YOUR IMAGINATION Now, there’s proof of the transnational coordination to intentionally provoke civil unrest in the West, and it’s had little to nothing to do with Palestinians’. @emilykschrader for @JNS_org breaks it down. 🔥🔥🔥 From the Wall Street Journal Editorial Board: "It’s possible that the Nobel Committee will someday bestow its peace prize on a less worthy recipient than Navanethem “Navi” Pillay, but we doubt it. The Oslo worthies this year have honored an 85-year-old South African whose career has been marked above all by hatred for Israel and the Jews who support it... Ms. Pillay has lobbied to lower the threshold for claims of genocide. Why? Because a looser standard would allow Ms. Pillay’s South Africa, which hosted Hamas delegations in the weeks after Oct. 7, to pursue more easily its vendetta against Israel." wsj.com/opinion/navi-pillay-…

I wrote a rebuttal for @UNWatch exposing how Navi Pillay distorted evidence, misrepresented the facts and completely erased Hamas from her fraudulent Gaza "genocide" report. She was rewarded with a Nobel Prize. Intellectual honesty clearly wasn't a priority for the committee.
🧵I wrote a rebuttal of UN's new "report" accusing Israel of genocide for @UNWatch It is filled with fake data, fake intent, fake evidence. It erases Hamas. 10/7 is presented as something Israel did—including taking hostages (really!). See more below 1/ unwatch.org/un-watch-rebutta…

🔥 RARE MOMENT OF TRUTH AT UNITED NATIONS: As world leaders used the UN podium to condemn Israel, we invited courageous Yemeni journalist @JustLuai to tell the truth: “Our problem in the Middle East is neither Israel nor the Jews. It is the Islamist dictatorships.”

Following confirmation that the Palestinian Authority (PA) is breaking its commitment of elections in 2026, the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA) released the following statement calling on the Government of Canada to take concrete measures to hold the PA accountable: “Just over a year ago, Prime Minister Carney recognized Palestinian statehood on the basis of commitments made by the Palestinian Authority, including holding general elections in 2026 and undertaking 'much-needed reforms.' “Today, the PA has confirmed it has broken its commitment to hold elections in 2026. The PA has also failed to enact reforms, including ending payments to terrorists and the families of those who murdered innocent civilians. “While Israel faces punitive measures from the Canadian government, the Palestinian Authority has yet to face accountability for failing to deliver on its commitments. This is a dangerous double standard that has implications for both the region and here in Canada where security experts warn that criticism of Israel has been exploited to fuel antisemitism, violence and even acts of terror. “Prime Minister Carney has said Canadian foreign policy is guided by 'taking the world as it is, not as we wish it to be,' and by the pursuit of influence. “But influence must be measured by results. If recognizing Palestinian statehood has not secured even the commitments on which that recognition was predicated, Canadians deserve to know what Canada's approach is achieving. Canadians need to know what concrete steps their government will now take to hold the PA accountable and ensure its policies produce meaningful progress toward peace."

Navi Pillay deserves the Nobel Peace Prize like the Ayatollah deserved to be elected to the U.N. women’s rights commission.

Another way to think about Trump announcement today: If he increased US diesel imports from Canada by 4%, he would gain as much fuel as from this Russia deal. But the Canadians are global super-villains, so who wants to buy from them when you could enrich Putin instead?

“You exposed the truth. You broke the silence.” — Carol Gilligan Some moments stay with you. For more than a decade, I taught Carol Gilligan’s work to my students. Her scholarship transformed feminist thought — and profoundly shaped my own understanding of voice, silence, and what it means to truly listen. This week, at NYU School of Law, she interviewed me. To sit across from one of the most influential feminist thinkers of our time and hear her say these words about our work was a moment I will carry with me: “You exposed the truth. You broke the silence surrounding the profound pain of Jewish women.” Three years after October 7, after denial, distortion and so many attempts to look away, these words carry particular meaning. What began with voices the world struggled to hear has become evidence. Evidence has become a legal and historical record. And that record will endure. The silence was broken. The truth is here. Finally. Now, we will make sure it continues to last. And become our legacy for a better tomorrow.🙌🏻🌷❤️🙏💔 @carolgilligan_ My deep gratitude goes to @nyujlsa @nyuniversity @RabbiSarna 🤍 #SilencedNoMore #October7 #CarolGilligan #nyu

In the bomb shelter on October 7th I mentioned Navi Pillay, today's Nobel Peace Prize winner — and it wasn’t a tribute:
War has been launched against Israel today by the Palestinians from Gaza. I’m sitting now in a bomb shelter in Jerusalem, where I’ve come to visit for the High Holidays. Over 5,000 rockets were fired into Israel already this morning. And this part is unprecedented: Palestinian terrorists from Gaza also infiltrated into Israeli towns and reportedly slaughtered civilians and abducted hostages. Hamas and Islamic Jihad, funded by the Islamic Republic of Iran, know that the world will do nothing — until Israel responds by targeting the terrorists and their infrastructure. Then the U.N. Human Rights Council will spring into action, and accuse Israel of war crimes and racism. This incentivizes the terrorists, granting them a global propaganda victory. It’s what they’ve done repeatedly, like after the last war in May 2021. The UNHRC created a permanent commission of inquiry to target Israel. They made Navi Pillay the chair, after she already declared Israel to be a racist and inhuman war criminal. Sadly, Pillay is being cheered on by some in the West. On October 21st, at Fordham University in New York, she will receive an “Outstanding Achievement Award” from the American Branch of the International Law Association. Shame on you, @ABILA_official.

Just for a moment, imagine a counterfactual in which, after October 7, the entire world demanded the immediate release of the hostages and Hamas’s unconditional surrender. I mean the Pope, the UN, the heads of every government, artists, musicians, poets, actors. Rallies in the streets of every capital. Students, professors, university presidents unequivocally, fervently insisting on the release of the hostages. Militaries prepared to intervene to secure their freedom and bring about the end of Hamas. Why didn’t this happen? In the name of peace, in the name love, in the name of common decency —why didn’t this happen?

It’s like I always say: when your spouse tries to kill you, you should reflect on what you did to make him angry
When your pilots are trying to kill you, maybe you need to wake up to how the world sees the crimes facilitated by your society? And actually ... do something?
