Criminal justice must be served. These e-mails between the CEO/Owner of P*rnhub/MindGeek and his executive team were uncovered in lawsuit discovery and made available to the public in redacted form.
This is the CEO/Owner discussing the fact that:
1. The official P*rnhub policy was to only review a video if it had over 15 user flags, including for criminal content.
2. There was a backlog of 706,000 flagged videos.
3. They had ONE person working only 5 days a week to review flagged videos.
This was not an accident, it was a system the CEO called “good and reasonable.”
Rape, trafficking and child abuse victims trying to take down criminal videos would regularly be ignored and stonewalled as their abuse continued to generate profit.
This is a small sample of the mountains of evidence of the complicity of PH and its owners in the abuse of countless victims.
The company and its owners should face full, proper, criminal prosecution to vindicate victims and deter future abusers.

Some would be shocked to find out that child marriage is still legal in 32 US states.
We should abolish this practice globally in order to protect children from exploitation.
A video of a child or adult being raped is not pornography; it’s a filmed crime scene. When that crime scene footage is monetized online, it also becomes tech-facilitated sex trafficking, because commercialization is what turns rape into trafficking.

Trey Carlock, the namesake of TREY’S Law, was a victim of child sexual abuse at Kanakuk Kamps based in Branson, Missouri. After his abuser was sentenced to three life terms, Trey pursued justice to hold others accountable through civil litigation. That retraumatizing process ended with a settlement agreement that included a restrictive NDA, barring Trey from ever speaking about his abuse. At the age of 28, Trey died by suicide after telling a therapist, “they will always control me, and I’ll never be free.”

A man in his 60s will go on trial this week in the UK for drugging and raping his wife for two decades and distributing nonconsensual recordings of her. A dozen other men are on trial with him for participating in the abuse. He pleaded guilty to 15 counts.

Meta will enforce a two-hour daily limit on Instagram and Facebook for children as part of a record $17.1B settlement with 29 states over social media addiction claims:
• The “Productive Pauses” for children include mandatory pauses after 15 minutes of continuous use and again at 60 and 90 minutes to interrupt endless scrolling
• “Nighttime blocks” restricting children’s access from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
• Limited school-time access for children, eliminating push notifications on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. during the school year
• Robust age assurance measures to more effectively verify the age of young users
