Two years ago today, shortly after 4 in the morning, I lost my dad to suicide.
He taught me sports, hunting, and how to take care of people. Working alongside him, I watched him help others grow into leaders. He loved being a grandpa and making us laugh.
He lived with bipolar I disorder for more than a decade. He documented his experiences because he wanted his story to help others.
After losing him, I threw myself into work while trying to be there for my family. It took me a long time to make room for my own grief.
Please check on your people. Listen without judgment. And remember you deserve support, too. In the U.S., call or text 988.

AI agents won’t just consume content. They’ll participate in the economy.
We’re building The Swop to make AI agents first-class economic actors, capable of organizing communities, rewarding creators, distributing content, and participating in commerce.
Eventually, that extends to trading tokens, participating in DAO governance, and coordinating economic activity autonomously.
Agents shouldn’t just operate on platforms. They should be able to create, own, and exchange value within them.
That’s the future we’re building toward with The Swop. $ICP
And @bonsaiosapp is already helping demonstrate what’s possible. 🤝
