🇲🇽 A MEXICAN TEENAGER BUILT A FIRE EXTINGUISHER THAT USES SOUND INSTEAD OF WATER OR CHEMICALS
A student created “Vortex Tech,” a portable prototype that uses low-frequency sound waves around 30 Hz to disrupt the air feeding small flames.
In tests, it put out small fires in roughly 5 to 8 seconds.
She built it with her adviser and uncle after getting inspired by a sonic-cannon concept.
It’s still an experimental prototype for small fires, but a teenager from Mexico turned bass into a fire extinguisher 😮

Full Mario 64 in Mixed Reality! Running in real 3D (no stereoscopic crap) natively at 90FPS and also running on my desk! 😋
Again, Opus 5.5 + PICO CLI combo made it quite straightforward.
Such a bliss to play an oldie at 90 FPS in 3D.
Disclaimer: I own an original physical copy of Mario 64. This project is not associated with Nintendo or PICO.

Some key points on the Tesla Cybercab from @live_munro’s production line walkthrough:
• Final assembly is about 25 fully automated stations, around 5–10x fewer than a Model Y line.
• The production line is nearly 80% automated.
• Cybercab’s Unboxed Process uses about 50% less floor space per car.
• Right now the line runs faster than robotaxi rollout, so it doesn't run every day.
• There is no paint shop, which Lars says saves Tesla a few hundred million dollars. Wow.
• Cybercab is built to last 500,000 miles.
• 4680 cells in separate potted modules, so a failed module can be swapped instead of the whole pack. It uses a steel enclosure (a first for Tesla) and has room for cheaper LFP cells later.
• It's FWD with an 11:1 gear ratio, since it doesn't need a high top speed. It’s new inverter is also coming to Model 3&Y this year.
The full video is now live on @YouTube!
A big thank you to @larsmoravy, @EricETesla, and the rest of the Tesla team for taking the time to walk us through the Cybercab and share the engineering, design, and technology behind it.

16 days after Bitcoin’s genesis block, in Jan 2009, @mavensbot was already mining Bitcoin. ⛏️
In 2013, Mavensbot drew the Bitcoin Wizard, the first Bitcoin meme. 🧙♂️
The proof: he signed with the key that earned the 50 BTC of block 1,018. 🪄
Lore of all lores
The artist of the Bitcoin Wizard holds the key that earned 50 BTC mining in January 2009, when Bitcoin was 16 days old.
In 2023 it signed: “I am mavensbot, creator of the Bitcoin Wizard.” @mavensbot

Wouldn’t cleaning the oceans

Britain's $81 million plan to clean up space
The UK Space Agency has selected aerospace company ClearSpace UK to develop a spacecraft specifically designed to remove dead satellites from orbit. The contract is valued at approximately $81 million.
The project is part of Britain's Active Debris Removal mission, known as UK ADR. The spacecraft is targeted for launch in 2029 from SaxaVord Spaceport in Scotland's Shetland Islands.
👎 ☠️ They kicked Sandy out…
They no longer get my support. ☠️ 👎👑
We can’t wait to share this one with you! Tomorrow, we’re taking a deep dive into the @Tesla Cybercab, exploring the engineering, design, and technology behind it.
Stay tuned!
💐 🧡 THIS IS BITCOIN!
So many focus on the price…
But the preservation of data is
what I find most interesting
about the protocol.
A father’s love will live on as long
as the chain does! Imagine a few
generations from now and being
able to have these preserved
messages AND memories be
available for loved ones AND
humanity as a whole. 🧡 💐

Tesla just registered another 69 Cybercabs for its Robotaxi fleet, bringing the total number of Cybercabs registered to date to 420, according to the Texas DMV.
Yes, these are real numbers.

Want to have your mind blown?
In 1971, the median household income was $9,030, or 220 ounces of gold.
In 2025, it was $87,460, or just 25 ounces of gold.
Your paycheck went up 10x.
Measured in gold, it fell 88%.
To earn what the median household earned in 1971, you’d need about $890,000 per year today.
That’s what fiat debasement looks like.

I would like to see them diversify

Nothing can replace the millennia-enduring allure of alchemy. What an incredible time to be alive.
Last month, we demonstrated high-rate alchemy: turning mercury into real, stable gold, beating CERN’s record by a factor of 10.
Last week, we enriched isotopes in the world’s most powerful plasma centrifuge, beating the Soviet record that stood for 40 years.
Now, we’re building a fusion reactor in San Francisco to achieve record power density.
