Now this is a 3-Step combo 🔥
From Paris to Joburg and Limpopo, PAGEZ joins forces with Zimbabwean-born Afro-house heavyweight Dr Feel and Beekay Monalayzzar, one of the young producers making some serious moves in 3-Step.
Three producers, each bringing their own flavour to “Was You”, with Botswana's Kali Mija, no stranger to the STS family, stepping in on vocals.
And trust us, this one's got some legs!
“Was You” lands 16 October

Stay True Sounds Vol.8 starts here.
The lead single from Stay True Sounds Vol.8 Sampler Vol.1 comes from RoneeDeep & WAPO Jije with “Memories”.
WAPO Jije has been part of the STS family since his Housing You EP in 2023, with his warm, soulful take on deep house becoming a familiar part of the label along the way.
This time he links up with RoneeDeep for a smooth head-nodder that takes a few unexpected turns.
Out 9 October on Stay True Sounds.

Words from Kid Fonque:
12 hours of House Music in Jozi 🇿🇦❤️
Still recovering from an incredible Saturday with our Spring Fiesta family.
As the person who started Stay True Sounds, days like this really hit different. To see what we’ve built over the years, the artists who have become part of this family, and a dancefloor full of people showing love to the music we believe in… it means more than I can put into words.
We were blessed with one of the best sound systems we’ve ever had the privilege of using for a Stay True stage, the weather was peak, and every single DJ pulled up armed and ready to show exactly why they were booked.
Huge love to all the spinners Blackvillain, Graham Deep, Kvrabo, Hypaphonik, Thabo Tonick, Nutty Nys, Sooks!, Aquatone, Vinny da Vinci, Christos, Kudbeu, Dwson, Jullian Gomes — and to J’Something for that incredible live performance of ‘Bring On The Night’. What a moment!
Most importantly, thank you to every single person who came through and danced with us.
Stay True Sounds has always been about the music first. South African House Music, the artists making it, and the people who keep showing up to support it.
Seeing all of that come together for 12 hours in Jozi was special.
Thank you for continuing to believe in what we do. Your love is seen, heard and felt.
Stay True. Always. 🖤🇿🇦
