The best founders and builders:
1. Dream about the dent they will put in the universe
2. Stay grounded in their reality
3. Build a plan that connects these two worlds
Though this is broadly applicable to anyone.

NEW: Meta debuts $1,299 VR Glasses at 100 grams by offloading the battery and compute to an external pack. In a demo, it's pretty close to the Apple Vision Pro at less than half the price and 1/6th the weight. They are incredible. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
Muse bought me a car yesterday! 🤯
For the last few days, I had it send me a spreadsheet of top deals from every nearby car dealership.
Yesterday, an unusual deal popped up on a car I liked. It wrote up a bunch of negotiation text messages until I got an even better all-in price.
I ubered to the dealership, signed some papers, and drove off. Pretty wild!
Muse is a great consumer product.
We might be witnessing the shift of ChatGPT -> Muse for consumer, and Claude -> Codex for business.
Can't imagine anyone actually slowing down. Reality is probably:
Anthropic 'slowdown' == "growth dropped for the first time cause of Astra, so we need to push the IPO."
OAI 'slowdown' == "let's make way more $$ from the models we already have."

Frequent video gamers performed on cognitive tests like non-gamers that were ~13.7 years younger
I bet this week sets a record for the most aggressive subscription churn of all time for a single co (Anthropic).

People's calibration on how fast consumer teams can ship is from a prior era where we didn't have coding agents.
It's a different ball game now.
A wedge can be blown open in weeks, not years.
Introducing our Trusted Person network powered by our new Instinct-to-Instinct communication protocol. Your Instinct can now talk to other Instincts to coordinate plans on your behalf.
Getting people together often involves a lot of back-and-forth: finding a time, working out the details, and following up when plans change. Instincts can now work with each other to help handle that coordination.
For example:
- Coordinating plans with your spouse
- Planning a weekend trip with friends, including dates and arrival times
- Scheduling time with colleagues and other collaborators
- Hosting events with 10s or 100s of people
- Organizing recurring plans like tennis, book clubs, or weekly dinners
Disclaimer: Your Instinct will only be able to communicate with those in your Trusted Person network. This is the group of people who are closest to you:
- Spouse
- Older children and parents
- Colleagues and trusted professional relationships
- Small local businesses
The Trusted Person network is currently available to our early access group and will be slowly rolled out across the user base over the next 24-48 hours.
Working on the onboarding flow for gc mobile.
Will have a hybrid interest-picker + game category picker screen, somewhat like this.
That then feeds into friend recos and what you play first.
Getting flashbacks to refreshing the Twitter onboarding flow a few years back. 🤣
There has never been a better time to build.
Every month a magical new tool is birthed to let you be 10x more ambitious and higher leverage.
Wow woww woww.
A Parkinson’s patient says his debilitating tremor vanished within minutes thanks to a newly approved, non-invasive ultrasound treatment.
For years, 72-year-old Air Force veteran Bud Leavell struggled with severe tremors that kept him from living life to its fullest.
Then doctors at UT Southwestern used focused ultrasound waves to target precise areas deep in his brain... without opening his skull.
At his latest follow-up, the tremor remained under control. His response when asked how he was doing? “What tremor?”
