So proud of my good friend @Evan_Low & the @calgbt on their work to ban conversion therapy. These leaders are blazing a trail to ensure our LGBTQIA+ community is celebrated for who they love & so that no child ever thinks there's something wrong w/ living their true self.
Almost 700K US adults have received some kind of conversion therapy. Gay conversion therapy is currently banned in 14 states and the District of Columbia for people under 18. @Evan_Low, an openly gay CA lawmaker, decided to take this law a step further youtu.be/XYbLeudMQrE
