What started as a project to keep a farmer occupied while recovering from heart problems has helped raise an incredible £40,000 for charity. 🐂❤️ Former British Charolais Cattle Society president Steve Nesbitt created 'Rusty', a life-sized bull made entirely from welded metal chains, after being forced to step back from day-to-day farming. After a summer touring agricultural shows and livestock markets, Rusty sold for 27,000gns at Stirling Bull Sales, helping take the fundraising total to about £40,000 for the British Heart Foundation and Motor Neurone Disease Association.
