Hey @HyattPlace. Why say "pet friendly" when no cats? Tried to get a refund for a good faith 30 day pet friendly stay with my cat at your Denver Tech Center. Heartless manager refused & suggested we board the cat elsewhere during our stay. Seriously? Pet Friendly? #CatsArePetsToo
