Said on yesterday’s @NFLonFOX @PatrickMahomes did something to attack his recovery from torn ACL and LCL, he immediately flew to Dallas to get the surgery BEFORE it swelled and filled with inflammation. Usually players wait til AFTER the swelling and inflammation subsides. This allowed him to jump into and attack his rehab only a few days after the injury. Then he absolutely attacked his rehab, to the point where, when I asked him recently when he knew he was fully good to go, he actually told me 1st week of June. That is UNREAL!!! The dude is veryyyy different in how he deals with and fights back from injuries. @Chiefs

Was hesitant to post bc last time I did on X I got trashed with the worst comments and content was too sensitive to bother dealing with that shit again. However, I think on a day like today I will take the insults if it helps anybody I am posting this on World Suicide Prevention Day with the chance it can help. It’s a battle a lot of us deal with and a having a daily battle between my ears is not something I signed up for. But with that said, years ago I made a DECISION to CHOOSE life and promise I will choose to make this same decision every day moving forward. Instead of being angry and resentful about my pain I now look at it as a way to be of service to others. It’s now my honor! Please, please, please choose life. You are worth it! We all are. Let’s pick it up before camp but I like the idea to raise money to help local charities in each town

My last 50 million stem cells out of 150 million I got through IV this week at @TheAuragens. Can’t wait for these to do their job like they’ve done in the past to heal alllllll the crazy things I’ve put my body through. Started wrestling in 1982, boxing in 1988, MMA in 2001 and began training NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL players in MMA in 2007 with @jaredallen69 our first of hundreds and hundreds so I have absolutely decimated my body. 12 ruptures from L1-S1, 5 herniations from C2-C7. Bad arthritis up and down spine and in shoulders. I was always praying and had blind faith that modern medicine would catch up by the time I started breaking down. Thank GOD it did, with these stem cells. I did these instead of fusing three levels of my back, did these instead of getting a rod inserted in my spine, did these instead of major shoulder surgery to anchor back torn biceps tendon and staple two big rotator cuff tears. Healed them all, still no surgery. Not saying I won’t have any at some point but 3 years later still no surgery and I’m training harder and with better results than I’ve had probably since 2005,6,7. Crazy!!!! So grateful for this place! Pain and I have a great relationship but as it got worse I started getting darker between the ears. This place has completely changed that for me. Feel so much healthier and optimistic heading into this NFL season. Let’s gooooooo

Year 35 of my annual NFL Training Camp Tour is OVERRRRR!! Thank GOD!! I had about 23, 24 teams/stops from July 24 to today. In addition to what I say in the video, some players and teams who also stood out who I hadn’t mentioned yet on the road. I was there for Myles Garrett first practice and it was RIDICULOUS how disruptive and dynamic he was. Blew everyone out of the water. Also, I know I talked in posts about Caleb Williams and Jalen Hurts but every year I am more and more impressed with Jordan Love and his growth. I’m a big believer in him. I liked what I saw from the Cowboys too. No drama and a revamped defense. Yup, I’m buying Dallas. Also think the @ravens are going to be a very tough draw for teams this year. I’m sure I’m leaving out a ton butttt I’m heading home to Rosie for first time since July 23rd. That plus I’m delirious. And thanks to all the teams for letting me work out at their spots, rehab and recover with them. Don’t know how i would do this tour without that. Final day of my annual @NFLonFOX #nfltrainingcamp tour… I actually ALWAYS finish with the @Chiefs. Personally, I don’t think it’s wise to jump off the bandwagon, @PatrickMahomes will be a full go because the dude attacks rehab unlike anyone else. Also @tkelce definitely the best shape I’ve seen him start a season in in a while. Looked fantastic out there. Always like spending the last day talking football with Big Red. Perfect way to end this tour! You guys agree with me about the #cheifs?
