Like everyone in my feed, I've been using AI for the last few years in increasing amounts. Today I reached a new level for me. I have 5 active sessions I'm personally working on, while I have 16 autonomous sessions working on a project for me. It's a crazy world we live in.

Just published my #WCUS recap. One of my favorite things this year was the return of the mercantile booth and these sweet blue-tie-dye hoodies that I swear could have been made just for me. wpbeaverbuilder.com/phoenix-…

So many people talking about going all in on Grok Bot and how impressive it is. I felt the FOMO, so I subscribed and started playing with it. It's so bad. I reached my weekly usage limit in a couple of days and it did absolutely nothing well.

I had a great time at WordCamp US in Phoenix. The organizers and volunteers did an amazing job. Bravo! I also left believing it could be more. So I thought I'd write up my thoughts: jameslaws.com/writing/what-i…

72 hours and 18 minutes. That's how much time I've saved talking to AI instead of typing to it, over the last 34 days. Almost two weeks of full-time work. It kind of feels like cheating.

We had a great interview with James Laws, the joint founder of NinjaForms and SendWP. We discussed the WordPress culture, how WordCamps can be regenerated, and how AI will affect NinjaForms. @JamesLaws @KurtvonAhnen @MananaNoMass #ai #wordpress

I want to be clear, I did not make this face for this image. 😂. But I am looking forward to being on the show and discussing the topics.
We've got a great interview coming up with James Laws of Ninja Forms. We discuss where WordPress is going in a world of AI and the semi-schizophrenic nature of the professional world press community. Why don't you join us live with your questions? f0k0.short.gy/723aJi @NinjaForms @KurtvonAhnen @MananaNoMass #ai #wordpress #wordpress

Most people skip straight to goals. But if you don't understand what actually happened last year — where energy went, what got neglected, what surprised you — you're just guessing at what to do next.

December 26th is when I shift. The holiday is over. I've got 5-6 days to think about the year ending and the one beginning. Not rushing into resolutions. Just sitting with what was and what could be.

We have some really excited new features coming out for SendWP. If you aren't happy with your current email deliverability, now is a great time to jump in.

Replying to @KatieKeithBarn2
@KatieKeithBarn2 is a special person in my professional life. Her emails inspired me to improve my skills after my 3-year career gap. I made a promise to myself to become stronger. Every month, I enjoy reading some of her old emails, and hers always tops the list, alongside @JamesLaws. She deserves more respect from me. 🫡

As we enter 2025, full-steam ahead, what actions or systems are you putting in place to ensure it’s as successful as possible?

Watching everyone post their #CaboPress recaps reminds me how powerful that atmosphere is. Especially being around those people. I had to miss this year and have hated it. Hopefully I’ll see you all next year. Safe travels home.

That’s awesome and liberating. To all the other business owners, demonstrate that for your team and give them that same freedom. The freedom to make and learn from your mistakes is powerful.
One thing I love about being my own boss is being able to own up to my mistakes, as no one can fire me or anything than that! I've noticed that it makes me a lot more honest and helps with my fear of failure 🦾

I am completely saddened by what's happening in the WordPress community between @automattic and @wpengine. There are no real winners and the community suffers the brunt of it with the way it has been and is being handled. 💔
