At the dog park and this dummy cries out in pain while chasing his ball. Starts dragging his back leg like it’s dislocated so I rush him to the emergency vet and now he’s as happy as a bag of clams. Can’t wait to see what this is gonna cost.

Always laugh when I see this feedback from a support ticket. "took to long and person doesnt know what apartment building are" Literally responded in minutes, and they took a 30 minute gap to respond. But the apartment buildings comment is what gets me.

One of these days Discord is gonna update their mobile UI again and instead of the badly placed gift nitro button it’s gonna be an instant take and post photo button and guys everywhere will accidentally post dick pics in random discords as they head to the bathroom.

Counterfeit Creators is what I'm calling creators that give feedback like this. They want the benefits of the creator ecosystem while contributing nothing back to it. They waste resources and make real creators look worse to the brands, platforms, & devs trying to support them.

Customer support has taught me that a little kindness goes a long way. If something’s wrong, just ask. You don’t need to start with accusations or threats. There’s a real person on the other side who’s probably more than happy to help if you just treat them like one.

This seems like such a simple feature, but there was a lot we wanted to get right. Keyboard and mouse inputs give us no confirmation they succeeded, and even when they do, they can land in the wrong field, type over something, or trigger something unexpected.

A lot of the work went into making it reliable and safe: handling focus and timing, preventing stuck keys or buttons, giving streamers ways to block or remap inputs, and making sure they can immediately regain control when the chaos goes a little too far.
