Unbelievable FCS dominance from those 3 teams over 5 years
📈 Tarleton State is your new FCS No. 1. It's the first time since 2021 that the FCS No. 1 is not NDSU, SDSU or Montana State.

Here in Marlboro for a return to boys soccer action in the Shore Conference Tournament! It’s an intriguing matchup of Ocean and Monmouth county powers as 2-seed Marlboro (11-3-2) hosts 10-seed Toms River East (14-1) Kickoff in about 10 minutes and I’ll have updates here

Honestly the blocked punt was an oversight from my game coverage last Saturday, but I highlighted Carter during the bye week as a special talent who was due for a big moment. He delivered in Monmouth’s very next game. And now he’s CAA special teams player of the week.

Final Monmouth 42 New Hampshire 21 Hawks improve to 5-3 and 4-0 in conference play and stay atop the CAA. They get their first ever win over UNH. They come out of the bye week with an emphatic win.

Hah just seeing the typo the next day but Monmouth is 5-2* (and I promise I’m not so dense that I forgot how many losses the Hawks have)

My recap of Monmouth’s 42-21 win over New Hampshire is up! I’ll be adding the analysis of the granular details a little later as always. A lot to dig into after this great showing by the Hawks
