Jacobs 3D, the leader in golf biomechanics, endorses the Hiits training aid and Eddie Fernandes as the leader in speed development. We will be rolling out a biomechanical analysis of Eddie and his system throughout the winter. Stay tuned.
In order to effectively train, you should hit a ball and not swing at air

Steve Elkington receiving the Vardon Trophy from the PGA of America President Tom Addis in 1995 -
Steve’s scoring average for the season was 69.92.
The trophy has not been awarded for the past 3 years because the 60 round minimum requirement wasn’t met.

The Fast Eddie Series
One of the most important aspects of biomechanics is studying the very best movers in the world— that's why we're excited to introduce the Fast Eddie Series.
Over the coming year, we'll take a deep dive into the golf swing of Fast Eddie Fernandes and share a collection of biomechanical analyses unlike anything you've seen before. This won't be another video showing pelvis turn, torso turn, side bend, or a basic kinematic sequence. Those metrics have little to no biomechanical meaning.
At Jacobs 3D, our goal is to provide the most complete, unfiltered biomechanical analysis available. We examine the full mechanics of the golfer in extraordinary detail and then combine that information with nearly three decades of coaching experience to help golfers of every level improve.
The first set of images in the series highlights one of those advanced parameters: the angular momentum of each body segment at impact during Eddie's driver swing, shown from four different perspectives.
Enjoy the first look, and stay tuned. There's much more to come including detailed explanations.
