Abuse should never be considered ‘part of the job’ but for too many airport and aviation workers, verbal abuse, intimidation, aggression and violence are a regular reality at work.

Our Mind at Sea campaign will make it easier for seafarers to access support for their mental health and wellbeing.
🇵🇭 The global campaign continued in the Philippines last week as we called for stronger preventive measures against onboard harassment and bullying.
Fisher health and wellbeing training in Indonesia 🇮🇩 Fishers shared their experiences of life onboard fishing vessels and learnt emergency injury procedures such as CPR.
We all have a right to a safe and healthy workplace – and fishers are no exception.
Workers are the ones who create wealth for major companies – but this wealth is being used to union bust, subvert policy in the interests of private capital, and fund the far right.
