When I was 11 I had a 6 month period I'd only eat a mix that I'd make myself: butter, icing sugar, and oats. It had to be in a specific mug, eaten with a fork. Now I'm 40, eat anything, healthier than I've ever been. As long as your kid is eating, it's ok 💜
