achieving your goals...

new year

I don't think I've ever shared this kind of stuff before... Here’s a little behind-the-scenes on how I give feedback to the team. Usually, if a simple Slack message isn’t enough, I try to explain things visually. This involves taking the artist’s original drawing and adding notes on areas for improvement. It’s beneficial to show a 'before and after' because it clearly demonstrates what’s changing. All of this is followed up with a Slack message explaining the rationale behind the notes. I rarely do these kinds of notes anymore—this specific GIF was from way in the beginning when we were starting to collaborate. Now, the artists have grown way better than me. In the @humankindArt and @robotosNFT team (we're the same team), art is a collaborative effort. We all help each other to improve our craft. Over the last year, I’ve witnessed our team grow stronger in their skills through constant candor and mutual support. I’m so proud of all their work.
