🚨 BREAKING 🚨
ATF Releases NFA guidance in response to the Texas NFA lawsuit:
"Effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, silencers, and “any other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation."

More of the JBD MCX OMEGA Valves just hit our shelves. These give MCX users a wider range of adjustability past the factory 2 position valve, which is a welcome feature with the multitude of silencers out there. Also pictured is a prototype HRF concepts rail on the shop 5.5 Rattler

It has been two weeks since I opened the fundraiser to support our legal battle with Rare Breed Triggers, support from the community has been incredible, almost three thousand donations to date! We hit 96% of the original funding goal today. Thank you guys! Really, incredible.

Yesterday the Court granted a Preliminary Injunction against Hoffman Tactical. Unfortunately this means we will be unable to fund this suit ourselves by selling my Super Safety. A Give Send Go has been created as a result to support our vast and expanding legal expenditures:

They didn't even have the kindness to send me a cease and desist. How hurtful. For those out of the loop, I am being sued for freely sharing my invention with the public, by a company who has amended a patent with new claims in a poor attempt to capture my humble innovation.
