Former Democrat Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick allegedly stole $5 million in FEMA disaster relief and funneled it into her own campaign. Her family’s company pocketed a massive COVID overpayment and laundered it instead of giving it back. The bipartisan House Ethics Committee found 25 of 27 violations proven.
