They acknowledge the growing fear in the Hindu American Community & ask the FBI to investigate it as a federal hate crime & brief Congress as to what steps the FBI takes to address anti Hindu & anti-India hate.

After 9/11, politicians & activists spoke out against Islamophobia despite Sikhs & Hindus also being massively targeted for being racially adjacent. Now that term usage was absolutely correct because it got to the core of the sentiment. Yet nowadays, when anti-Hindu & anti-Indian sentiments are blazing hot, the issue is flattened into “South Asian” despite how much of this hatred is fanned by non-Indian & non-Hindu South Asians themselves! Any Indian creator can tell you how much routine hate they get from Pakistanis & Bangladeshis online. It’s indistinguishable from & at a similar volume as white nationalists atp. No doubt all subcontinentals are in the cross hairs, but they are specifically being targeted for being perceived as Indian & Hindu just like brown people as a whole were being specifically targeted post 9/11 for appearing ‘Muslim.’

I am absolutely shocked and appalled by the news of this planned attack on the Hindu community over in America. As a proud Englishman and someone who follows Sanatana Dharma myself, this really hits home. The Indian Hindu community across the West are honestly some of the most law-abiding, hard-working, and genuinely integrated people you could ever meet. They just get on with life, work incredibly hard, and bring so much peace and value to our societies without causing any trouble. It’s deeply disturbing to see how this kid was completely brainwashed by the anti-Hindu hate and propaganda that keeps spreading online. My heart and full solidarity goes out to the community in Aurora and everyone affected. We really need to start calling out this kind of radical hate before it turns into tragedy. Stay safe everyone.
