Happy Thursday! I’ve been under the weather lately so I haven’t been around much. Feeling better and I have my 6 favorite new releases of the week here for you courtesy of @KMANRIFFSMetal .Here’s my SINISTER SICKS! @motherofgraves -The Light That Keeps Us- This doom act completely floored me! Hands down album of the week. An emotional ride into the deepest pit of your psyche! The fathers of modern doom metal just broke the internet! Carnation-Symphony of Flesh-Belgian death metal that delivers a death blow! Heavy and volatile, this record is a hostile frenzy of riffs and blast beats. Worm Altar-Pillars of Eternal Dusk- A ridiculously heavy death/doom debut from Portland. A thick festering slab of death metal prowess with INCREDIBLE gutturals! Morbid Intent-Marionettes-A blistering riff fest from Finland! A blasphemous hunk of intense and violent death metal. Volatile and heavy with just enough melody to appreciate the musicianship Morgue - Corrupter-Herald of Dawn-Malicious death metal from these French veterans. An audial onslaught that shakes you to the core! Pure brutality!! Lugubrious Garment-In The Wide Vale of Uncreated Night-Italian blackened death grind that's pure speed and aggression! A bi-polar record in that you don't know what lurks behind each corner.
