I’m off to Albert Hall on Monday for two days at @LC26 (Leadership Conference 2026) anyone I know who is going facing meeting up for coffee or lunch DM me.
Part of my legacy are the two GroveEd books I have published.
As my life book in education closes the new one is already opening. Retirement makes it possible to give myself to serve God at st St. Saviour's Church, Westcliff-on-Sea. Watch this space!!!
This brings to an end my long years in school governance with thanks to those who taught me a lot especially in the early years Ann Holt and Alison Farnell along with many others past and present. Grateful to Carrie Prior DDE and the rest of the team.

Today’s pre- retirement meeting and the lunch with some of the team including Chair of DBE Bishop Roger! So as I make my way home it is with huge thanks to those whom I’ve served alongside over around 13 years both the remaining team and those who have moved on along the years. ½
