❤️ CHANGING PRISONERS CLOTHES, CHANGES LIVES! For a moment, they’re not defined by a prison uniform, a number, or the worst decision they’ve ever made. They get to look in the mirror and see a mom. A dad. A person with dignity, purpose, and a future. And their children get to see it too. They get to see their mom in a beautiful dress. Their dad in a tuxedo. They get to hug them, dance with them, laugh with them, and create memories that look different from the prison visits they’ve known. Because when you restore a mother or father, you impact a child. And when you impact a child, you can change an entire generation. This is what restoration looks like. #savedbyjesuschrist #freeinchristjesus #baptism #jesussavedme

❤️ For the first time in Federal Prison Texarkana history, incarcerated fathers traded their prison uniforms for tuxedos. 14 fathers were reunited with their children for an unforgettable father family dance inside of prison. For one incredible evening, a prison gym became a ballroom as dads danced with their kids, shared dinner, played games, and simply got to be fathers again. One dad hadn’t seen his daughter since she was just 3 months old. Another said his children had never seen him in anything but a prison uniform. These are the moments that remind us restoration is possible. God is restoring fathers, healing families, and changing generations through the hope of Jesus. ❤️ @OfficialFBOP #savedbyjesuschrist #freeinchristjesus #baptism #jesussavedme

‼️ 40 YEAR PRISON SENTENCE… BUT GOD. “I ended up in prison for the first time for 2 years, I assaulted a public servant. I got out for 15 months. I tried to go to church but nothing would stick. I was addicted to meth. I was in a bad relationship with a woman and we went on a drug deal and I k*lled a man. I struggle with that decision every day because that’s God’s creation. I ended up in county jail, capital murder, no way out. Instead of turning to God, I turned to the things that prison had to offer, which is gangs and drugs. I woke up April, 2022, and I looked into the mirror and the person that I saw, I didn’t recognize. During that moment, something crazy happened. I heard the whisper of God inside my spirit and he asked me, he said, ‘how much longer are you going to continue in your mess? How much further are you going to run from me? And I’ve never had an encounter like that in my life. It was like a veil was removed from my eyes and I could see all the horrible things I did. But I saw how God was saving me at the same time. I hit my knees and surrendered everything to Christ. Everything changed. Chains broke and I became free. I got rid of my addictions. Jesus wanted me to write the organization I was a part of and disassociate myself. And I did that. Jesus Christ will set the captives free. You know, Romans 10 talks about it. ‘The word is near you. It’s in your mouth and in your heart. That is the word of faith that we preach. That if you will confess that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with a heart, one believes into righteousness and with the mouth, confession is made into salvation.’ Put your trust in your hope in him. He reconciles families. He heals broken hearts. Whatever it is you’re struggling with, he’s the answer to it.” #freeinchristjesus #jesussavedme #baptizedinjesusname #wordofgod
