All right genuine question, is this disc rot? If so, is there anyway I can stop it from spreading?

For anyone curious, it's Disc 1 first of the Looney Tunes Platinum Collection volume 3 Blu-ray. I've had it since 2021

Anyway here's a drawing I made back in high school. I want to bring the Dingo back at some point.

I remember I first learned of the Dingo story when I was in elementary school and I have always thought it could be a great springboard for gags

There's a bunch of reasons why Bluesky sucks, including the fact that the site is just boring but it's borderline pathetic that they're now starting to introduce vibe coding when 90% of their user base hates that stuff.
Bluesky
@blueskyOct 15
Vibe-coding, but make it social. Starting today you can use Attie to make sites: Games, quizzes, guestbooks, your top 8, or whatever you dream up. Go try it!

I am so happy "Droopy's Good Deed" is coming out restored on Blu-ray as it has some of the sharpest timing in any Droopy cartoon. (Animated by Walt Clinton and Mike Lah)

For anyone that's curious, No The Crackpot Quail will not be on The new Avery set. Better hold on to volume 3 for the time being.

Tex Avery - The Definitive Screwball Classics Collection Blu-ray is coming December 1st via Warner Archive. A FOUR BLU-RAY DISC COLLECTION plus a lavish 72-Page Book! MSRP $69.98 COLOR 4 BD-50 ENGLISH SDH Aspect Ratios 16x9 1.37:1 and 16x9 2.35:1 Letterbox Audio Specs: DTS-HD MA 2.0 Mono NOT RATED What was once a dream is now a reality. Experience the definitive, complete, and uncensored collection of master animator Tex Avery’s peerless work at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. This groundbreaking comprehensive anthology brings together every single comic masterpiece Avery created during his tenure at the studio. Experience the astonishing brilliance and jaw-dropping sight gags exactly as they were originally unleashed—untrimmed, unfiltered, and funnier than ever. Tex Avery didn’t just make cartoons; he reinvented them into an animated art form all his own. Avery’s radical artistic vision, surreal logic, and fourth wall-breaking style redefined what animated shorts could be. From the wild transformations of the Wolf and Red Riding Hood to the chaotic antics of involving his deadpan canine Droopy, Avery's creations remain the pinnacle of golden age animated lunacy, touched with anarchy and genius. As a first-of-its-kind retrospective, this comprehensive four-disc collection leaves no stone unturned. To provide the ultimate Avery archive, this collection includes not only his 63 M-G-M animated shorts, all uncut, all uncensored, but also contains the Droopy cartoons helmed by fellow Metro directors after Avery’s departure from the studio. Accompanied by a lavish 72-page booklet, special features and archival rarities, this definitive collection is a mandatory centerpiece for animation enthusiasts to treasure forever. Look I understand this is offensive but people who are unironically getting really pissy at this really need to realize that these are simply just products of the time.

It genuinely bothers me that people get so upset over this sort of thing because it accomplishes absolutely nothing. The best way to approach these cartoons is to understand the time period of when these were made. Thankfully were not living in that time but still.
