Owners don't need another tool. They need the work to actually get done. xitter.cf/orenkandel/status/2118…

The software didn't die. The buyer just stopped wanting to run it alone.

I was always the best kept secret. That's how a consultant described decades of work for companies like Wells Fargo and CVS, with no online presence to match. The work was never the problem. Being findable was.

Overheard at every small business: "I'll post tomorrow." Tomorrow had other plans.

One URL in. A week of on-brand posts out. That's the whole demo.

3 questions to answer in a post before customers have to ask: 1. How much does it cost, roughly? 2. How long does it take? 3. What happens after I call? Answer them once and the right customers show up warmer.

Three posts a week doesn't sound like much. For someone who had none, it's the whole difference. One owner we work with now spends 15 to 30 minutes on a weekend and shows up online all week.

Things that are somehow always due on Monday: The invoice you forgot The schedule nobody confirmed The post you said you'd do last Monday

Monday, 9am. You meant to post this week. Munch already drafted the week's posts from your website. You just say yes.

Out of post ideas? Look at the last 10 questions customers asked you. Each one is a post. Answer it once in public and you'll answer it less in DMs.

Can confirm. Posts still go out on Fridays. xitter.cf/orenkandel/status/2116…
I don't work Fridays. The company still ships on Fridays. That's the whole argument for running a startup with AI agents.

A small business owner at 9am: "Today I finally post." Same owner at 10pm: "Tomorrow."

Your website already says who you are. Munch reads it and drafts your posts in that voice. You approve what goes out. Not for you if you enjoy staring at a blank caption.

5 things to post when you don't know what to post: 1. A job you finished this week 2. A question a customer asked 3. Who's behind the counter 4. A mistake people make before calling you 5. What you'd tell a friend who asked

For decades her clients were Wells Fargo and CVS. Online, she barely existed. Her words: "I was always the best kept secret." Good work doesn't announce itself. Someone has to post it.

Things a small business owner says every week: "I'll post after this job." "I'll post tonight." "I'll post Monday." Monday is busy too.

Most weeks the post doesn't fail. It just never gets made. Munch drafts your week of posts. You look it over, change what you want, and it's scheduled. Not for you if you love writing every caption yourself.

3 posts every service business should pin: 1. What you do and where, in one line a customer would say. 2. A real photo of the work, plus how to get a quote. 3. One review, in the customer's own words. New visitors read the top of your page first. Make it answer them.

Being great at the work used to be the marketing. One owner we work with spent decades consulting for big companies. Online, she didn't exist. Her words: "I was always the best kept secret." Now it's 15 to 30 minutes on a weekend, and 3 posts a week.

Paste your website. That's the setup. Munch reads how you already talk about your business and comes back with a week of posts in that voice. Not for you if you enjoy writing every post yourself. Keep doing that.

A small business owner's week: Do the job. Answer the phone. Chase the invoice. Reply to the review. Post on social, somehow. That last one is the one we take off the list.
