I often used to think about making a mix specifically for running but I wasn't a runner so thought I didn't know how to sequence for that purpose. Maybe I was wrong 🤔
I can't believe it's 15 years since Hot Wuk was born as a weekly bashment carnival in King's Cross 🤯
Over the next 12 months we're gonna celebrate with a series of parties, starting with Halloween and our first ever rave in Peckham 👻🎃

Happy Run the Riddim 2K publication day to all who like their reggae and dancehall real and authentic with stories from the people that were there and made it what it was
Looking forward to reading the new book from my friend @MarvinSparks and reliving exciting times for dancehall 💛🖤💚
Had a lot of fun at @BoomtownFair yesterday and always love to see my brother from another mother Henry @DubStudio who inspired me to start playing dancehall 23 years ago 🥰
Thank you @TeachingsinDub for the invite, @DaSeriousMC for bringing vibes on the mic, Firmly Rooted for the bass weight and everyone who enjoyed an early evening outdoor dancehall party 🙏🏼
